Workshops

Welcome to our workshops!

Our workshops are the centerpiece of our project. They are where diverse groups of participants will come together to explore the needs and challenges of older people. We would like to give you an insight into our concept of the workshops:

Participants

Five older people aged 60 and over, some experienced in using the Internet, some not. Five caring relatives and five stakeholders, including professionals from health care and senior organizations.

To ensure that we meet the needs of all older people, we will organize our workshops in German-speaking Switzerland, French-speaking Switzerland, and Italian-speaking Ticino. Two workshops will organized in each location (one year apart).

Aims

The first round of workshops will focus on the experiences and perspectives of older people, family caregivers, and professionals from health care and senior organizations. In the second round, we will analyze and reflect on the empirical results of the national survey of older people planned for 2024 and develop recommendations together.

Our workshops are the place where ideas will be shared, insights gained, and solutions sought. This integrative part of the project is essential to focus on the needs of older adults.
